3D Sound Mixer
The "3D Sound Mixer" understands sound as spatial, sculptural phenomenon and aims to develop a universal software tools for controlling the spatial distribution of sound.
It relies on an encoding format that is independent of a fixed playback situation. It is a tool for Composers, Sound Artists and Sound Engineers that provides the possibility to create spatial sound design for user-defined performance settings.
One implementation is the CUBEmixer.
